Die Lage

Das Appartementhaus Anita liegt in Flattach im schönen Mölltal in Kärnten. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Mölltaler Gletscher machen den Ort von Oktober bis Juni so gut wie schneesicher. Die Talstation des Mölltaler Gletschers erreichen sie in nur 8km. Direkt vor dem Haus finden Sie die Haltestelle für den Gratis-Schibus.
Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Ortskern von Flattach, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Restaurants, Hotels, Kaufhaus, Cafes, Pub, Disco, Bank, Postamt.
Trotz der zentralen Lage finden Sie auch die nötige Ruhe für Entspannung.
Mitten in den Kärntner Bergen lässt der idyllische Ort kaum Wünsche offen.
Flattach ist Ausgangspunkt für unzählige Berg- oder Wandertouren sowie idealer Stützpunkt für z.B.: Mountainbiketouren.
Ob Sommer oder Winter, ob sportlich aktiv oder entspannend und erholsam. Flattach bietet für jeden etwas. Canyoning, Rafting, Reiten, Bogenschiessen, Wandern, Klettern, Schifahren, Snowboarden, was darf es noch sein?

Unser Haus

Die Grundmauern des Appartementhauses lassen auf eine lange Vergangenheit schließen. Vor 100 Jahren gingen hier die Kinder in die Schule.
Im Jahre 2004 wurde das Haus vollkommen renoviert, erweitert und auf den letzten Stand der Technik gebracht. Heute bietet das Appartementhaus den Komfort den Sie erwarten.
In 8 Appartements unterschiedlicher Größe können Sie Ihren Urlaub so genießen wie Sie ihn sich wünschen.

Appartements

Jedes Appartement enthält eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Spülmaschine, Mikrowellenherd, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Besteck.
Betwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sind selbstverständlich im Preis enthalten. Babybett sowie Kinderstuhl sind vorhanden und werden auf Wunsch ins Appartement gestellt.
Wir bieten im ganzen Haus freien Internetzugang der mit W-LAN sowie mit Kabel genutzt werden kann. In jedem Appartement befindet sich ein Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss.
Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer sorgen für das nötige Wohlbehagen während Ihres Urlaubs.
Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner (gegen Gebühr), ein Abstellraum für Schier sowie ein Trockenraum für Schischuhe und nasse Sachen.
